lender administration fee, local authority searches and stamp

** The above prices include VAT and all other additional costs,
provided the lender accepts LSI. If the lender does not accept
LSI there will be an additional charge for a local search.
In this instance, the client will be charged the cost of the
local search less £10 indemnity premium for properties up
to £200,000; and less £20 indemnity premium for properties
between £200,001-£l,000,000, in addition to the costs detailed
